PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND DEFECT
1) Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues.
2) We apologise if we have sent you a wrong/defective item. Kindly contact our return department at email@example.com about this issue and we will reply you within 1 working day.
3) Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective. All defective items are to reach us within 10 business days from dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 20 business days for international orders.
4) Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.
1) All store credits issued are valid for 3 months only
2) Store credits are strictly non-refundable
3) Store credits can be used to offset store and online purchase of products only and are not applicable on postage/courier fees.
4) Orders purchased with store credits are not valid for returns/exchanges.
